Cal Maclean, MD
A graduate of Edinburgh's Napier and Heriot-Watt Universities, Cal has over twenty years of business development experience, including executive positions in R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, and General Management, which have entailed the development and global sales of over one hundred products. Cal's career includes thirteen years developing Hewlett-Packard business units in the UK, the US, and Australia, and twice during his tenure he was asked by HP Executive Management to relocate and lead new operations, which in less than five years achieved revenues of $70M and $240M respectively. Following this, Cal founded HawkEye Global and has helped many clients, from start-ups to well known corporate brands, benefit from HawkEye Global's services.

Steve Maselli, North American Sales Director
With an MBA from the University Of Texas in Austin, Steve has over fifteen years of experience in developing businesses and has led teams in finance, marketing, and business development across the US and Asia-Pacific regions. At Hewlett-Packard he developed strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency in retail and commercial channels. He also drove the opening of the retail channel for Hewlett-Packard's printer accessories, and put into place programs that increased the company's shipments in Asia by over 40%.

Steve subsequently served at both Arcot Systems and MarkMonitor as a trusted strategic consultant for key customers in the US and Asia seeking to right-shore operations based on profitability and utilizing a total cost to serve model. During his engagements, he worked closely with these customers, developing the models and metrics required to ensure project success while utilizing industry-standard best practices. He then provided these customers with guidance as they implemented these projects and provided support to ensure lasting success.

Doug Simpson, President, SmartRoam Pte Ltd, Singapore
Doug has been based in Asia for over nine years and has over eighteen years of experience in the tech industry, spanning Supply Chain Management, R&D, Sales, and Business Development. He is currently the President and co-founder of a next-generation telecom company. Previously, Doug was the CEO and co-founder of a video game company whose products were distributed by Europe's largest toy company and also approved for Disney branding. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Hewlett-Packard, most recently as the Director of Business Development for Asia-Pacific in the mobile and wireless group. At HP, he was part of the team that generated over $1 billion in new business by working with the region's leading mobile operators, such as NTT DoCoMo, Vodafone, Hutchison, Telstra, China Mobile, and SK Telecom.

Jim Heal, Principal, JTH Associates, California
JTH Associates is focused on helping entrepreneurs build their businesses from concept through early stage execution; key focal areas include Business Planning, Early Stage Funding mechanisms, Execution strategy, structure, and metrics. Prior to founding JTH Associates, Jim co-founded HawkEye Global in 2003 and was a board member and president of HawkEye Global, USA - the Sales and Marketing arm of the parent company. Prior to HawkEye Global, Jim was employed at Hewlett Packard where, during his seventeen-year tenure, he held senior executive positions in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Corporate Strategy, and Alliance Management.

Jim holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, where he graduated with highest honors in 1987.

Jos J. Bosmans, Director, Gemini Recruitment, Bangkok
Jos is an independent business coach and executive director at BMS Gemini Recruitment. He works across a wide range of sectors and organizations, including international commerce and supply chains, professional services, and industry. He has extensive business experience throughout Europe, the USA, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Previously, Jos had a successful and diverse corporate career working at board level with a range of well-known international companies such as Schering-Plough, Duracell, Nestle, and Umicore. Jos holds Honors Masters Degrees in Business Management and Social Sciences. He is also qualified in MBTI Step One and Two, and is an accredited Personnel Decisions Inc's Executive Profiler.

Ronald Ong, Suppy Chain Manager, Cygnett, Melbourne
Over the last two decades, Ronald has established numerous profit-proven supply chains for companies manufacturing a range of equipment, from Solar Power Plants to Telecommunications Systems and Consumer Electronics.

He recently joined Cygnett from Solar Systems where, as the Supply Chain Manager, he tailored strategic procurement strategies and established world-class cost competitive supply chains that delivered to worldwide project sites. During his career, Ronald has managed Hewlett Packard's Calculator and PDA business, developing and managing supply chains throughout Asia with manufacturing facilities in Singapore, China, and Taiwan. Ronald also has extensive telecommunications experience from his tenure at Agilent Technologies, where he managed the manufacture of telecommunication test equipment.

In addition to Hewlett Packard and Agilent, Ronald has held positions with Haliplex in Australia and Texas Instruments in Malaysia. Ronald graduated from Swinburne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) in 1985.
